The initial 3D-Forensics/FTI 3D-Scanner and 3D analysis software prototypes were delivered on loan to the Scottish Police Authority – Forensic Services, UK.

Members of the Scottish Police Authority – Forensic Services, received a presentation on the system and initial training. There was also the opportunity to discuss the objectives and approach in the 3D-Forensics/FTI project.

In the next 3-4 months the Scottish Police Authority – Forensic Services will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves and to test with these prototypes. Their experiences and feedback on user requirements will contribute to the development of the advanced prototype system.
